hi hi~ just some update of my current life!
we've moved out from the hellish house last week. the house owner has inconsiderately determined to make us pay for the inhabitable house. grr... i cant stop getting so pissed off whenever i think about it. never thought this thing would happen to us, a trusted grown-up has betrayed us. so the moral of the story! take charge! never depend on someone you dont know so well! never trust ANYONE! seeing is believing! adults could be messed up & dumb too! NEVER trust anyone, even if they're your friend's family! NEVER!!!
well, i dont really mean to not trust anyone. i trust some people. trust has to be built over time and experience. i mean like, dont ever just trust anyone.
anyways, we've been doing our electives at Sultanah Nur Zahirah Hospital (i think i got the name right this time XD), at the obstetrics and gynaecology department. we're focusing on the labor ward as we have to fill in our log books.
it was a really nice experience! first of all, the staffs here are VERY nice! only a small percentage is annoying! the nurses greet us and even apologive when bumping shoulders or something, they teach us and all(this is SOOO freaking rare in Sibu Hospital). and they treat patient really well! as opposed to nurses in labor ward in Sibu Hospital where they scolded patients for not doing the pushing thingy so well. i really love this hospital!
and yesterday, I was conducting a delivery, a mother G6P5, i think like, she's a multipara, so the delivery's gonna be a piece of cake. i could never be so wrong! when the baby's head was out, i tried to pull the rest of the baby's body out but it was really hard! then the nurse helped me but she also failed. i totally freaked out! then they called other doctors. Mel found some doctors going out to eat and told them the baby was stuck. and they literally dropped everything and ran to the patient. i jumped to the side and let them save the baby. its really chaotic! though its kinda exciting to watch them running to the rescue. and the baby's safe~! ^_^
and i have fun watching and playing with the babies! they're SOOO cute! i'm still learning how to hold a baby, because i think its really hard to hold a baby properly because they look so fragile and im afraid that i'd drop them or something!
also, i've learned that though the birth is like one of the most miraculous thing, its like the beginning of a life or something, its definitely not the easiest thing in the world. the pain and all, i've witnessed the proof that women are definitely stronger than men! XD
though its really sad that not all kids appreciate this huge sacrifice. if only they knew what their mothers had faced giving life to them, they'd appreciate their parents better.
anyways, yeah, im loving this new place. its perfect! the owner who's an old lady, is REAALLY nice! i think she's like 50-60 years old? and she's cool! like, she travelled all around the world, she wears cool clothes that old women here wont really wear, she speak cool phrases and she even had gone snorkelling! and she's really nice! and she cooks really well! im SOOO glad that i've moved out of the stupid inhabitable shack with stupid greedy money-minded stupid owners to this really nice place.
and Terengganu has loads of nice food. my diet is SO totally busted :'(
oh and their weekends are Friday and Saturday! how weird is that?! i totally love having an early weekend. and there are no Monday Blues here! XD
anyways, i'll update more later. keep on forgetting to get pics from Mel's camera XD
oh oh, last but NOT least! I've watched Grey's Anatomy! until episode 19 for now. i really LOVE the medical stuff they're adding on. made me love GA again. and at first, i kinda love watching Christina with Hunt. I love how they use small gestures. its SOO romantic. but Hunt's pretty messed up. I hope he got a PTSD treatment. and THE proposal Derek made for Mer, is just soooo romantic! *melts*but, i super hate Lexi, i hate the interns, hate those unnecessary additions!
oh, and I just watched House epi 19! that's FREAKY! its about the locked in syndrome, like being locked inside your own body. thats the scariest thing ever! I SO love House!
