I'm so sleepy right now, I had on call just now until like 11 pm. then we went for dinner at a new place. and i got some flies in my fries! >.<>.< style="font-style: italic;">Only THEN, they did renal punch, and only THEN, they changed the diagnosis from acute appendicitis to acute pyelonephritis.
and of course, I'd like to brag that I did better than that doctor. haha!

thats the classic example of mistakes done when they dont listen to the patient! how careless of them! it was so typical even an ms knows wat it is... it could have been more complicated..all bcoz they didnt listen carefully...

yeah, probably because its a district hospital. there are only 4 doctors there. but still! if a med student can get a correct diagnosis within half and hour of clerking and PE, they shouldn't miss the diagnosis, ne?
I didnt bring my camera to the waterfall. i;ve learnt that the photographer is the one least photographed and I dont wanna be like that XD
I'll ask for the pics from my friends, k. keep reminding me. i always forget! XD
