end of the weekend. tomorrow's the start of the CDL week (clinical diagnostic lab) where we're gonna learn whats going on behind all the testings and the labs.
the ENT end of posting exam was kinda horrible. its the first time ever that the most uncommon diseases appeared on an exam paper. non of the commonest diseases that we've stressed on came out on the major questions, just 2/3 questions in MCQs. huh....the last week has been SOOOOOOO stressful. we were stressed, sleep-deprived, trying to cram everything, just to find out that our practicals in clinics were kinda like, useless. like, how come most of the questions were about fractures of the face/neck and all that, where were the questions about Ear, Nose and Throat?? the questions didnt seem fair at all. and the lecturers watching behind your back when you're writing a crappy answer wasnt helping at all! *sigh* i dunno how i did, its the first time ever i felt so clueless, like i have no confidence at all for passing. its just a so depressing feeling. :(
so the last 2 days, i've been sleeping in till noon, staying up till 3am watching movies, binge-eating, downloading loads of videos and games, and going shopping. i bought loads and loads of things, kinda made me feel better, but since its an addiction, its never enough for me :P. lazying around without feeling guilty is the best thing EVER!
aand...a bad news, my classmates and i were divided into 4 groups, and we're supposed to make a seminar about CDL. and guess what our topic is?? genetic molecular! like, of all topics??? why am i getting my least favorite and my worst subject of all? and our supervisor has prepared a journal for us to read on our weekend (which I guilt-free-ly left on top of my desk to read "later"). and its about "qualitative analysis of cell-free epstein-barr virus DNA in plasma of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma". see? i can even write an essay with just the title! its just weird that the journal is in English, but i cant seem to understand a word its saying. like, wth is real time quantitative polymerase chain reaction? and we're supposed to prepare our seminar which we'll be presenting on friday. fun.
and that, will be the end of my lazying weekend.
